Seung Min Kim has chased after everyone from presidential candidates in Iowa to wayward yaks on a New Jersey farm -- all in the name of journalism. She was born in Seoul and also lived in Tokyo until moving to the United States in 1992. After four years at her college newspaper and internships in Minnesota, Iowa and Florida, Seung Min moved to New Jersey upon graduation to work at The Star-Ledger of Newark, N.J. She is now pursuing a master's degree in journalism at American University in Washington and works at USA Today in its main office and its Washington bureau.
