Lori graduated from the University of Mary Washington with a degree in English and Religion. Following graduation, she worked as an admission counselor for the Savannah College of Art and Design. While working in higher education, Lori realized her own goal to pursue a career in radio journalism and headed back to school. Now in her second semester, she is enjoying an internship at National Public Radio with the Science Desk.
