The weather outside is cooling. The tree leaves are changing from a sea of green to a vibrant mix of orange, brown, and yellow. People on every block talk about the successess and failures of their favorite football teams. That's right. Fall is in the air, and this week the American Observer rings autumn in right.
The first edition of the new master's class of 2009 focuses on food in the Washington area: Access to food, food banks, community gardens, restaurants changing focus during a tight economy, schools and food and the influence of the White House garden.
