Fun, flirty ways to get fit

Jordin's Paradise is a new kind of workout. The studio, which is in its first year, fuses high energy with ballet bars, boxing gloves and stripper poles. It features classes like ballet, hula hoop, laughing yoga and pole aerobics. Each class offers a unique spin to traditional exercise.
In laughing yoga, for example, participants are encouraged to laugh during the routine to stretch and strengthen their abs.
Rania Jaziri, who is the owner of Jordin's Paradise, is a former dancer and a certified aerobics and personal trainer. She says she opened the studio so people could have fun fitness options.
"No one wants to run on the treadmill for hours," Jazari exclaims. "It's important to have fun while you workout. Our classes will not only entertain you, but help you shed those those unwanted pounds."
